What is Rome-Floyd Green?

The Rome-Floyd Green Business program is a collaborative initiative by the Rome Floyd Chamber, Rome-Floyd Recycling Center (Floyd County Government), and Keep Rome-Floyd Beautiful. This program raises awareness of sustainability issues, offers resources to businesses, and showcases those making strides toward greater sustainability. Businesses can also become certified as Rome-Floyd Green Businesses.

My business recognizes that good business practices are compatible with sustainable environmental practices. Therefore, we pledge to partner with the Rome Floyd Chamber, Rome-Floyd Recycling Center(Floyd County Government), Keep Rome-Floyd Beautiful and Rome Floyd Development Authority to contribute towards a sustainable community and ultimately become a certified Rome-Floyd Green Business.

By completing this form you agree to do the following steps:

Attend a Green Business Event.
Work towards achieving the checklist included in the Green Business Application.
You must remain at pledge status for 6 months, but have one year to move to Rome-Floyd Green status.
