    Please complete the following information below accurately to process your registration and ensure your travel documents are issued correctly.

    VISA REQUIREMENTS:
    US Citizens: At this time no visa is needed. But in late 2025, US citizens visiting parts of Europe may need to complete the European Union's Entry/Exit System (EES) which is scheduled to go into effect in October 2025. The European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) is scheduled to go into effect about 6 months later. These are a “pre-travel screening for security and migration risks of travelers benefiting from visa-free access to the Schengen area.”

    The Schengen Area is a zone of 26 European countries that do not have internal borders and allow people to move between them freely, including countries such as Spain, France, Greece, Germany, Italy, and Poland.

    Visa-free travelers, including US citizens, will need to request ETIAS authorization before visiting the Schengen Area. You can complete an application and pay a service fee of 7 euros (about $8) online. The authorization will be valid for three years.

    NON-US Citizens: Please contact the Embassy of the country that issued your passport for visa, EES, and/or ETIAS requirements & assistance. 

    The EES and ETIAS are not currently in place, you will be notified when/if the EES and the ETIAS become required for US citizens traveling to the EU.

  • TRAVEL DATE INFORMATION

    Paris Arrival: Plan your departure from the US on June 18, 2026, to arrive in Paris (CDG) on June 19, 2026. You will be transferred from the airport to the hotel in Paris and to the ship on the day of embarkation.

    DEPARTURES:

    1-Night Paris + Cruise: Disembarkation is on June 27 in Le Harve. AmaWaterways offers transfers to Paris Airport (CDG) at 2:30am, 5:15am, & 7:30am for $99 per person. It is a 3-hour transfer from the ship to Paris (CDG). Please plan your departure time accordingly.  

    BASIC Post-Cruise Tour: The BASIC post-cruise tour ends in Paris on June 28, 2026. The post-cruise tour includes transfers from the ship to the hotel and from the hotel to the Paris airport (CDG) the day of departure. You can plan your departure for anytime on June 28, 2026

    ENHANCED Post-Cruise Tour: The ENHANCED post-cruise tour ends in Paris on June 30, 2026. The post-cruise tour includes transfers from the ship to the hotel and from the hotel to the Paris airport (CDG) the day of departure. You can plan your departure for anytime on June 30, 2026

  • Travel Insurance

    We recommend that you purchase travel protection. Expanding Horizons offers a private group plan from Trawick International. Our Group plan must be purchased prior to final payment to receive the Pre-Existing Medical Conditions Waiver. It is the travelers responsibility to purchase travel insurance as travel protection is never automatically added to any reservation.

    Please Note: The administrative fee of $100 per person is included in the amounts listed above. Any additional travel purchases (air, insurance, etc) will be subject to the penalties imposed by vendor at anytime of cancellation.

  • MOBILITY CLAUSE:

    A reasonable degree of mobility is required. Passengers may be required to ascend and descend flights of 12 or more stairs to board or exit the ship.

    Persons with a walking disability, an injury or who require a wheelchair/scooter or other mobility device must have another dedicated person traveling with them to assist with their needs.
