For a Day Tripper - All are welcome but please call the hotel after registering with this form to pay for the meals (the Saturday breakfast and dinner) so we have a headcount and payment for meals to square away the venue.

Schedule(tenative) for Saturday's drive is to hit Penn's Peak, pass by the Pocono Track, have lunch, and then a shop is planning on hosting a tour for us. Plenty of photo stops along the way.

Friday:
4PM Hotel Registration

6PM Dinner in the lot

Saturday:
8-9am Breakfast
9AM Drivers Meeting 9:14 Wheels up drive through Poconos
6PM Dinner
7:30-10PM Tech sessions, Vendor Raffle, and Awards

Mention the NEG and you will be able to reserve rooms as we have a block set aside until 45 days before the event. The venue has ~200 rooms and no other events (i.e. wedding) that weekend as of now so even late reservations should be fine. Saturday hotel meals are included in the cost of the room. We will have a breakfast and a dinner at the venue. Single and Double rooms are available.
