Please complete and submit this form at least 2 weeks in advance of your requested date. All parties must be approved and scheduled with the General Manager.

Please include three date options for your party. We will do all we can to accomodate your first choice, but in the case that date is already taken, please provide two additional options.

Your account will be billed for the party fee of $60. Additionally, there will be a guest fee of $5.00 for each non-member entering the facility for the party (adult or child, swimmer and non-swimmer).

For the safety and consideration of all GFS&T members, the following guidelines will apply to all hosted private parties:

1. GFS&T Staff will set-up and reserve tables for your party under the pavilion or a designated alternative
   • Table set up may include 2 long tables for gifts or cake and dining tables for eating
   • Your reserved area will only be available during your allotted time
2. All parties are limited to 15 children and their parents/guardians, and cannot exceed 45 people. This includes members and non-members.
   • A list of non-members will need to be emailed to the General Manager at least 48 hours prior to the day of the party
   • Upon completion of the party a final non-member count needs to be emailed to the General Manager
3. All Parties are Limited to 3 Hours
   • This time includes estimations for the host of 30 minutes for set-up and 30 minutes for clean-up
4. Party Set-Up & Clean Up
   • Party host is allowed to bring decorations for the party and is responsible for setting them up
   • Party host is expected to clean-up after their party, including removing all decorations, trash, food, paper goods, etc. at the end of the party and placing them in the trash receptacles or a fee will be assessed
5. Rescheduling/Cancellation
   1. Parties may be rescheduled to another available date with 48 hours notice
   2. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the party date/time will require the full $60 party fee to be paid
   3. We recognize that inclement weather is unavoidable at times, and we will work with you if inclement weather impacts your party

All Attendees Must Abide by All GFS&T Pool Rules & Regulations

No Glass is Allowed on the Pool Deck or Grass Area

Party reservations are available during the hours that the pool is open.

We have limited availabilty for private parties in June, July, and August. We do not book private parties in September.

We will try to accomodate requests for outside vendors, but may not be able to do so. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us determine if we are able to accomodate the request.

In making this party reservation, I agree to follow the party guidelines set forth by Great Falls Swim and Tennis Club and understand that my account will be billed the $60 party fee plus any additional guest fees ($5/person) for those in attendance who are not club members.I understand and acknowledge the rescheduling/cancellation policy.
