$30.00 deposit/reservation fee will be charged to you to reserve seating on your selected date. Please note that all deposits are Non-refundable. A Gift card for $30 will be created and applied/credited to your bill on the party event date. For Parties less than 10, please Click Here!

Please note that a $50.00 fee will be added to your bill if you bring in outside food for the party. (This is due to us having to pay our in-house Chef who will most likely not be preparing many orders The only day this fee is waived is on Sundays. Outside food may only be consumed by you and your guests (CAKE OR CUPCAKES DO NOT COUNT AS FOOD)(WE UNDERSTAND THAT MANY CELEBRATE BIRTHDAYS). PLEASE SELECT THE OPTION FOR OUTSIDE FOOD BROUGHT TO OUR VENUE IF IT APPLIES (DURING CHECK OUT)

If Ordering Food from Our Establishment and orders will be in large quantity, please get with us in advance so that we can be sure to have adequate suppy. Special discounts are available for large orders. 

CATERING IS OFFERED - If there is a special menu that you desire for your guests, we would be happy to discuss your needs and provide a quote.  Everything is purchased fresh and prepared by our in-house chef. Please contact James to discuss options. 713-849-5777

Will you need to arrive early at Bar to setup for Party? Please note times for early setup/decorations depend on event date and day. Please let us know if early setup/decorating is needed and we will arrange a time for you to come in on day of event for setup.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Smoking is not permitted in the venue at any time. Some exceptions are made for vape pens. As long as they are not bothering guests. You may be made to move to the other side of the venue or go outside.

Taping anything to the walls within the venue is strictly prohibited. If tape is used, and surfaces are damaged at any point during the party reservation, the cost of damage will be charged to the reserving party for all necessary repairs.

If the Bar space needs more than regular Bar cleaning such as wiping table down, throwing trash away and regular nightly cleaning, the event host will be notified immediately and asked to address the situation. If this person fails to take heed of this first and only warning, custodial services will be called in and additional custodial fees will be assessed and billed to the event host based on the damage and quote given.

The event host should double-check all areas for staff and guest possessions before leaving. KaraokeHouston Café and Bar are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

The use of confetti and glitter is strictly prohibited.

Please understand we are open to the public on most days and Karaoke Host will not play favoritism to anyone. All guests will be required to wait in line for their turn to sing just like every other patron in the establishment. These rules do not apply if the party is reserved for a date and time that Bar is not open for regular business hours.

RESERVATION FEE CREDIT - In order to qualify for credit of $30 back, at least 50% of your guests must attend. We understand that sometimes invitees do not show.  No cash or credit refunds will be issued if your total tab/bill is less than $30.  Must be used on event date only. 

AN 18% AUTOMATIC GRATUITY WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL CHECKS FOR PARTIES OF 10 OR MORE. ALTHOUGH THIS IS POSTED THROUGHOUT THE VENUE, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU MAKE YOUR GUESTS AWARE OF THIS.
