    We strive to be transparent and flexible to meet partners where they’re at. We use an equity-based sliding scale model for pricing​. This means larger institutions with more resources contribute at a higher rate, which in turn subsidizes access for smaller community groups. In practice, no one is turned away for lack of funds; we find creative solutions that honor both your budget and our labor.

    Once you submit this request, we will review your information and respond to you promptly (typically within a week). After reviewing, dr. elita layà may reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call​ (if you haven’t already spoken) to discuss your goals and ensure a mutual fit. During that call, you can further clarify needs and ask questions to craft the best path forward​. If aligned, we will then co-create a proposal or agreement outlining the scope, schedule, and pricing for your collaboration. No commitment is final until we’ve both agreed on that plan.
