Event Deposit

A deposit only of $200 is required to confirm your spot at the time of booking. All deposits are nonrefundable—no exceptions. If you are unable to attend your event, you may transfer to another event or sell your ticket to another rider. Full payment more than 6 weeks prior to the event, will receive a 10% discount. All final payments are due NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS prior to the event.

QSE Camp Deposit

A deposit of only $600 is required to confirm your camp at the time of booking. All deposits are nonrefundable—no exceptions. If you are unable to attend your camp, you may transfer to another camp or sell your ticket to another rider. Only 1 transfer per camp permitted. Payment plans can be paid monthly over 6 months, with all balances due before March 1st. Application Forms must accompany your deposit to confirm your position.
