When requesting a grant from TTRF, it is our policy to prioritise safety and effective care by recommending that all sessions be conducted with a TTRF-certified facility. These facilities are specifically trained to address the unique risks and considerations associated with cancer recovery, ensuring that exercise programs are both safe and beneficial.
In the event that we find any falsified information on your funding application or any deliberate omission related to active treatment, you will be obligated to promptly reimburse The Tor-Rox Foundation for any payments that were provided on your behalf. Moreover, The Tor-Rox Foundation reserves the right to suspend any further payments that may have been previously awarded to you.
Any offer of Grant Funding to be made by the The Tor-Rox Foundation will be made in writing and subject to the Applicant agreeing to provide The Tor-Rox Foundation with interim reports on the progress of the activity and the achievement of the agreed benefits and timescales.
This should include confirmation that the funds allocated have been spent on the purposes for which the funds were approved and details of such spending – including provision of copy invoices if requested by The Tor-Rox Foundation.
Any Grant offer will also be subject to Applicant’s Agreement to repay the funds allocated by The Tor-Rox Foundation in full or part if those funds have not been spent within the agreed timescale, if requested by the The Tor-Rox Foundation.
