  • The focus of our 2026 event is Procurement Unlocked: Agile. Intelligent. Human.

PSI 2026 will explore the next evolution of procurement – where agility, intelligence and human-centred leadership align to drive meaningful impact. With AI, automation and advanced analytics accelerating possibilities, procurement is now cementing its role as a proactive, insight-led function at the heart of organisational strategy.

This year’s theme focuses on how forward-thinking teams can harness technology while strengthening the human skills – empathy, collaboration, leadership, that remain critical to success. PSI 2026 will help delegates unlock what’s next, combining digital innovation with the mindset and capabilities to lead lasting transformation.

The programme is split into 5 Key Streams:

    1. Keynote Stream: Procurement at the Centre of Change - High-level, strategic discussions positioning procurement as a driver of transformational change. Includes opening panel, Proactis sessions, and senior leader insights, culminating in a closing keynote to inspire action.

    2. Smarter Procurement Tech in Action - Showcasing technology in practice – automation, AI, platforms, and digital tools. Expect live demos, case studies, and hands-on sessions with leading providers.

    3. Strategy, Value & Compliance - Delivering maximum value while managing risk and compliance. Covering commercial strategy, contract governance, and alignment with business objectives.

    4. Innovation, AI & What’s Next - Exploring disruptive trends and technologies shaping the future – from AI and advanced analytics to new supplier collaboration models.

    5. Empowering People & Procurement Teams - Focusing on leadership, talent, and culture. Building change-ready, resilient teams equipped with both technical and human skills to drive long-term success.

  • We encourage you to consider the following points:

    • Put yourself in the shoes of your potential audience and ask yourself:
      • What would make you choose to attend this seminar?
      • How can you make your seminar memorable?
      • What great case studies can you introduce?
      • Do you have any key clients who would be willing to join you in delivering your seminar?
    • Avoid overt sales pitches that offer little educational material (or too much self-promotion)
    • Avoid sessions that do not relate to the seminar track or main focus of the day
    • Avoid IT jargon or unnecessary technical detail (try to focus on business benefits instead!)
  • Please note:

If you choose to use slides during your presentation, we require these by 24th February 2026.
