参加費用/ Participation Fee：
子ども（団体）：S＄120、非会員追加費用 S＄10/１名
Children (Base Team Fee): S$120, Non-member additional fee: S$10 per person
注意事項/ Points to Take Note of：
- 記入項目は、漏れなくはっきりと記入して下さい。
- 審判は、U6、U8、U10、U15の試合でお願いすることになります。U12は、Local審判です。
- 参加費は、日本人会会員の方（支払い責任者）への一括請求となります。
- 会員の方であれば、支払い責任者は、どなたでも結構です。
- 登録口座のGIRO手続き済みの方は、翌月自動引き落としになりますので、大会翌月発行の請求書を御確認下さい。
- 登録口座のGIRO未手続きの方は、請求書ご確認の上、受付にて支払いを済ませてください。
- Please fill in all required fields clearly and without omissions.
- Referees will be asked to officiate U8 U8、U10、and U15 matches. U12 matches will be officiated by local referees.
- Participation fees will be billed collectively to a member of the Japanese Association (the designated billing contact).
- Any Japanese Association member may serve as the designated billing contact.
- For those who have already completed GIRO registration for their account, the amount will be automatically deducted the following month. Please check the invoice issued in the month after the tournament.
- For those who have not completed GIRO registration, please check the invoice and make the payment at the reception.
