Thank you for your interest in trading at the Wimbledon and Putney Commons Open Day on Sunday 14 September 2025.

Please complete the Application Form below and submit no later than 30 June 2025. Your Form should be accompanied by:

1. A copy of your Public Liability Insurance

2. The completed Risk Assessment (all stallholders) and Fire Risk Assessment (if appropriate). If you already have your own, you can send them instead.

3. If you have not attended the Open Day before, please attach at least 3 photographs of your stall and the items you wish to sell.

Please note that we no longer provide space in our own gazebos therefore you must have your own if one is required.

We will let you know if your application has been successful within 7 days of receiving your Application Form. Do not send payment now - Invoices will be sent later in the year.

Vehicles are not permitted to remain with stalls but in limited circumstances this may be permitted. If it is essential that your vehicle remain with your stall, please give details below and we will consider your request. Include registration number.
