Serving on a committee is a leadership commitment that involves attending four meetings each year and actively participating in the Association’s governance. Your expertise and voice are essential to helping us achieve our goals.

Committees are scheduled during time blocks A1, A, B, C, or D at each meeting. You will not be assigned to multiple committees that meet during the same time block. 

Note: The PAC Council, Committee Chair/Vice Chair group, Membership & Public Affairs Committee, and the Owners Forum meet during separate time blocks that do not conflict with other committee meetings.

Please rank your committee preferences in order of most interest.

Important Note: Policy committees marked with an asterisk (*) are limited to two representatives per organization, including all related entities. Please coordinate internally to ensure your committee preference selections align with this limit.

Statement to Serve & Committment

I am willing to serve on a TAHC&H Committee and understand that this role requires active and consistent participation.

I acknowledge that regular attendance is essential, as a quorum is required to conduct official business and advance action items. I understand that an unexcused absence may result in removal from the committee. I understand that I may resign from a committee at any time by notifying membership@tahch.org.

Committee Meeting Dates:

• October 15-16,2025 (In-Person in Austin or Virtual when indicated)
• February 16-17, 2026 (In-Person in Fort Worth or Virtual when indicated)
• May 4-5, 2026 (Virtual)
• August 30 - September 1, 2026 (In-Person in San Antonio or Virtual when indicated)

I understand that committee appointments are made by the President and may be limited based on the needs of the Association.

If I am unable to meet these commitments, I recognize that I am still welcome to attend committee meetings as a guest.
