Heritage Day Application

Event Date: September 5, 2026

Location: Semmes Heritage Park, 3871 Wulff Rd, Semmes, AL 36575

Event Time: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

We are looking for old fashioned displays and demonstrations.

We are also looking for vendors with an old fashioned feel. Antiques, farmer typed vendors, etc.

Deadline for vendors to apply: August 15, 2026 or while space allows.

After the deadline to apply, you will still have the ability to complete the application, but it will automatically add you to the waitlist. The waitlist vendors will only be communicated with if we have an opening.

There is no vendor fee but all vendors must be approved.

Since there is no vendor fee, we highly encourage vendors to decorate their booths according to the event theme (old-fashioned).

There is no power available for vendors.

The requirement for a business license has been waived by City Council for this event.

Vendors will receive an email with approval, denial, or waitlist status within 14 days if the application is done before the deadline.

Set up instructions will be sent by email closer to the event date.

If you are an entertainer, please list your quote, and a link to your page. (*Please note, there is power at the shaded pavilion. Quote for 2 hours.).

VENDOR APPLICANTS AGREE TO MEET ALL STATE LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS RE: FOOD SAFETY & HANDLING. THE CITY CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE/RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGES THAT OCCUR DURING THE COURSE OF THE EVENT. VENDOR APPLICANTS AGREE TO HAVE TENT/BOOTH SPACE SET UP NO LATER THAN 9:30 A.M. THIS IS A FAMILY EVENT & ALL VENDORS SHOULD ACT ACCORDINGLY. VENDORS WILL BE NOTIFIED THAT THEIR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED. THERE IS NO VENDOR FEE.
