Booth Selection
Booths are rented on a first come, first serve basis. Tables, chairs, and electricity will NOT be provided. While we are not charging a vendor fee, we do kindly ask for a donation from each vendor. All donations will go towards the WVU Parkersburg Veterans Resource Center. We also ask that each booth provide a child-friendly activity for the families attending the event.

Important Event Information
Event begins at 11:00 AM on JUNE 14TH, 2025, and ends at 3:00 PM. Booth setup begins at 10:00 AM. Booths must be completed no later than 11:00 AM. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths, including their own tables and chairs.
