Call the resort for your to make your room reservations at 1-800-874-9053; Code: AME Church Women in Ministry. The reservations deadline is Tuesday, July 8, 2025. If you are not a registered hotel guest, the Friday Lunch and Saturday breakfast costs must be paid directly to the hotel at regular prices.

The Hotel and Meals Package Rate without Tax Rate Plan:

$407.29 per person Single Occupancy Deluxe Accommodations

$253.00 per person Double Occupancy Deluxe Accommodations

The Package Rate includes:

   1) Two nights in deluxe accommodations.

   2) Resort fee for two nights.

   3) Friday lunch (chef’s choice) from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

   4) Saturday breakfast at La Hacienda Breakfast Buffet (Hotel's Buffet Breakfast Venue) from 7- 9 am.

All service charges for meals are included in the plan, as well as all applicable taxes and gratuities.
