TEEN TEAM APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in joining my TEEN TEAM!

Becoming a part of my Teen Team means you’ll have the opportunity to represent Capture Life Photography, your school, and—most importantly—yourself during the 2025/2026 season.

My Teen Team is open to upcoming Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors from any school. I’m looking for teens who are positive role models among their peers—those who are passionate about promoting kindness, inclusion, and camaraderie within their schools and communities.

I want leaders who believe in self-love and confidence and who are ready to take on the challenges of high school drama. If you're excited to make a difference, inspire others, and be a part of something meaningful, you're in the right place!

Teen Team members will enjoy exclusive perks, including:

Styled model calls and themed group photo shoots
Fun sessions with your BFFs and individual time in front of the camera

Joining the Teen Team isn’t just about amazing photos—it’s about confidence, friendships, and making a difference.

There are a limited number of spots available, there is an application process to apply and there is a $350 participation fee for the program.

If you’re interested, please talk to your parents first about the requirements and cost to ensure you have their permission to apply. Once you have their approval, complete the application together.

📅 Important Dates:
✅ Applications accepted now through April 18th
✅ The new team will be selected by May 1st
✅ The $350 participation fee is due by May 15th
✅ The official team announcement will be made on June 1st
✅ Membership runs for 12 months, starting June 1st

One of the most common questions I receive is:
"What if I can’t attend every shoot or event?"

No worries! While participation is encouraged, you are not required to attend every event or photoshoot. I understand that you have a busy schedule—just do your best to attend as many as possible. We have plenty of opportunities throughout the year, so there will always be events and photoshoots to choose from!
