Join our flexible 3-day hybrid program designed for homeschool families seeking academic structure, small class sizes, and supportive learning tools.

This contract is made between Achieve Academy (referred to as “The School”), 1602 Elberta Rd., Warner Robins, GA 31093 and the parents/guardians of the student(s) named below (referred to as “The Parents”).

All persons signing this Contract are jointly liable for the fees set forth herein. Parent’s signature and/or initials on this Contract evidence Parent’s understanding and agreement to the terms of this Contract, as follows:
Program Overview

Your child will attend in-person classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at Achieve Academy. On Mondays and Fridays, students complete assignments from home using virtual platforms. Teachers will post weekly lessons and monitor student progress. Parents are expected to support learning at home and ensure assignments are completed on off-site days.

Parents remain the official homeschool provider and are responsible for implementing a homeschool program that meets Georgia Department of Education policies. A Declaration of Intent to homeschool must be filed with the Georgia Department of Education once each year.

Tuition Information & Fee Commitment

The monthly tuition for the Hybrid Homeschool Program is $390 per student. Payments are due by the 1st of each month. A one-time book fee of $150 is also required upon enrollment to cover curriculum materials and student resources.

By enrolling in the Achieve Academy Hybrid Homeschool Program, the parent/guardian enters into a financial agreement for the entire school year, running from August through May. The monthly tuition of $390 is required regardless of attendance. This fee secures the student’s spot, supports staffing, and ensures access to academic tools and resources.

Due to the planning and fixed costs involved, Achieve Academy does not offer refunds or tuition reductions for absences, withdrawals, or dismissals. Parents who choose to withdraw mid-month, mid-semester, or before the school year ends are still responsible for the full tuition amount for each month, August through May.
I understand that monthly tuition for this program is $390 and that a one-time book fee of $150 is due upon enrollment. I agree to pay as scheduled and have read and agree to the fee commitment and withdrawal policy outlined above.

Nonpayment Policy

Achieve Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s attendance if tuition is not paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Continued participation in the Hybrid Homeschool Program is contingent upon timely payments.

Conduct & School Environment

The school may also discontinue a student’s enrollment if their behavior, or that of a parent/guardian, is determined by school leadership to be disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise detrimental to the learning environment or school community. This includes behavior that violates policies outlined in the Parent & Student Handbook or other school communications.

Photo & Media Release

The parent/guardian gives permission for Achieve Academy to photograph, record, or interview their child during school-related activities. These materials may be used in school publications, promotional materials, social media, and on the school website, without compensation and without prior notice.

The parent also understands that their child may be interviewed or photographed by the media at school events. By signing below, the parent releases Achieve Academy from any liability related to the use of their child's name, image, voice, or likeness.
