TERMS & CONDITIONS
❇ DEPOSIT: to book an appointment it is required to pay a 200 zł deposit beforehand. The deposit is due within 48 hour after confirming your appointment time. It must be sent via either bank transfer or Paypall, to which you'll get the details for after confirming your appointment time. Deposit goes towards the cost of your tattoo and is not refundable.
❇ PRICING: we can provide you with a rough estimate of the price, please be aware, that the final quote may change slightly.
❇ PAYMENT: the payment will be taken in cash at the end of the appointment.
❇ RESCHEDULING: in case of rescheduling you must give us a 72 hour notice prior to the appointment time. We allow one curtesy reschedule per deposit. If you try to reschedule your appointment more than once, the deposit will get forfeited and an additional one will be required.
❇ CANCELLATION: the deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. If you're a "no-show" we will treat it as a cancellation.
❇ LATENESS: If you're more than 30 minutes late without any notice your appointment will be considered a "no-show". It is very important to let us know if you won't be able to make it on time. Call or email us. We will see what can be done.
❇ FINAL DESIGN: you'll be shown the final design the day of your tattoo appointment. If you'd like to make any changes to the design you can discuss them with Patryk in person. There will be time for any design adjustment during your appointment :)
