1. Random scrutineering will be conducted on machines and rider safety gear at any time during the event. Non-compliant machines and equipment must be repaired or replaced before practice or competing.

3. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

4. If you choose not to complete this form, you will be required to line up and present machine and gear to scrutineer for checking.
