LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: Holliston Auto Village is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove all valuables before leaving their vehicle for service. Additionally, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, further failures due to deferred maintenance, or issues arising from parts supplied by the customer.
PAYMENT POLICY: All payments are due upon receipt of the vehicle. The vehicle will not be released until full payment is made. We accept cash, credit, and approved financing. A daily storage fee may apply for vehicles left unpaid after 48 hours of repair completion.
PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY: We stand by our work and offer a [Your Warranty Terms] warranty on parts and labor. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply where applicable. Warranty does not cover neglect, abuse, or modifications made after repairs.
ESTIMATE VARIABILITY: The above estimate is based on an initial inspection. Additional parts or labor may be required once repairs are in progress. Customers will be notified before any additional work is performed.
ABANDONED VEHICLES: Vehicles left unpaid for over 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be subject to lien processing and sale per state law.
