This application serves as the written project submission for the SCAC's Awards Competition. Please complete this form in its entirety, upload letter(s) of recommendation and support materials, and submit this application on or before the application due date.

Support Materials: You may upload up to 5 pages of support materials to be considered with your project application. Support materials may include items such as news articles, press releases, photographs, brochures, maps, data tables, and graphs. Required Letters of Recommendation: For J. Mitchell Graham Projects, please upload a recommendation letter from the county council chairman or chief administrative officer. For Barrett Lawrimore projects, please submit letters from the council chair or chief administrative officer of each partnering political subdivision. *

Before submitting your project entry, please ensure the application is complete by:

Filling out the application form in its enirety, with accurate contact information and thorough responses to each section of the form. This application serves as the written project submission;
Uploading up to 5 pages of support materials (optional); and
Uploading required letters of recommendation from each participating county and/or political subdivision's cheif administrative officer or council chair.

Once you have completed all application requirements, please submit your entry by selecting "submit". The application contact will recieve an email indicating that the application has been recieved and next steps for the competition.

Without exception, to be considered eligible to compete in the Awards Competition completed applications must be submitted by the AUGUST 11th DUE DATE.

OPTIONAL: Share photos of your project that illustrate your great working action including key personnel and participants. These images will be used by SCAC's Communications team to celebrate your project in print and digital media after the competition and WILL NOT be reviewed by competition judges as part of your written entry. This is OPTIONAL for awards applicants and will not impact the judging of your project.
