Showcase Registration

By submitting your video, photo, and résumé, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Volleyball Network (formerly Volleyball Winnipeg):Consent to Participation:You voluntarily agree to participate in the Canadian Volleyball Showcase as a coach who will be viewing athlete footage for scouting and talent identification purposes.Media Release:You grant Volleyball Network (formerly Volleyball Winnipeg) full permission to use your submitted video, image, and résumé for promotional purposes related to the showcase. This may include—but is not limited to—posting on social media, our website, event materials, and coach directories available to athletes and their families.Use of Name and Likeness:You consent to the use of your name, likeness, title, and affiliation in any showcase-related media and marketing content.No Financial Compensation:You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you will not receive financial compensation for your submissions or involvement in the event.Confidentiality and Conduct:You agree to treat all athlete information with professional discretion and to engage in respectful and ethical conduct in relation to the showcase and its participants.Right to Decline Use:If at any time you wish to withdraw your participation or request the removal of your materials, you may contact us at Hello@volleyballwinnipeg.ca, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.By clicking “Submit,” you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to the terms outlined above.
