Contracts

In Order to Finalize your Registration, Please complete the Following Contracts.

The Business
1. I Understand that Xtreme Performing Arts Operates alongside Xtreme Talent Dance Company, and that my child will be accessing both businesses daily.
2. I Understand that the Daycare program Closes at 3:30 Daily, and then my child is signed out to Xtreme Talent Dance Company.
3. I Understand that I need to pickup my son/daughter when their classes with Xtreme Talent Dance Company end. I also understand that class end times fluctuate each day and classes range from 30 minutes, 45 minutes or an hour in length.
4. I Understand that this program is heavily focused on the performing arts, and that my child will be attending a minimum of 1 dance class a day. Lil' Cats (Grade K/1) Are only required to take 3 dance classes per week.
5. I understand that after 3:30pm, if my child is not in a dance class, they are in an alternative arts focused class. eg. Theatre, Art, Textiles with Xtreme Talent Dance Company.
6. I understand classes will end at 4:15pm, or 5:00pm.
7. I understand that the daycare entrance and space will be closed at 5:30pm sharp, and students will not be allowed access to this space for the purposes of eating, or hanging out in between classes. Xtreme Talent does not offer supervision in unit #11-34100 South Fraser Way.
8. I understand my child will be part of 2 performances in December & June, and attendance is mandatory.
9. I Understand and acknowledge that this program must be a suitable fit for my child, and their involvement in classes is mandatory.
10. I Understand that this program requires children to move independently from class to class, and that One on One supervision is not possible.
11. I understand that Xtreme staff will place my child in all recreational dance/art classes for ease of scheduling and suitability.
12. I understand that Xtreme Staff will not make any changes to Competitive Class schedules without prior approval from the parent.
Registration and School Closure Days
1. I Understand that I am committing to a dance season, which runs during the school year from September-June. I acknowledge that this does not automatically reserve my space for the following season, and I must confirm my attendance for the next season by May 1st of each year and pay a non refundable deposit of $100.
2. I understand and acknowledge that I am not automatically registered for Pro-D Days, and I must register online in Studio Director for each Pro-D Day. The cut-off for registration is 1 Week prior to the school closure.
3. I understand and acknowledge that I am not automatically registered for Winter Break, Spring Break or Summer (July/August). Summer Care Must be registered by May 1st, and at that time, space permitting, we will open to the public.
4. I understand that all School Closure days are not included in my Monthly fee, and additional daily charges apply.
The Finances
1. I Understand that each business has their own respective registration fees and my family must pay both fees. 1 fee to Xtreme Talent, and 1 fee to Xtreme Performing Arts.
2. I understand that all payments must be made on the 1st of the Month, for $600, payable to Xtreme Performing Arts. This fee Includes Before and After School Transportation as well as all recreational Classes at Xtreme Talent Dance Company.
3. I Understand there is a $25 Late Fee Charge if I have not paid by the 1st.
4. I Understand that I am responsible for applying for Subsidy/UCCB and that I must pay in full until this is approved. Once approved a credit will be applied to future months.
5. I understand there is a $10 failure to report fee if it results in staffing needing to search for my child causing delays for other school pickups.
6. I understand there is a $1/Minute charge if my child is not picked up on time.
7. I Understand There is an additional $20 Per Day fee, for all full day care. Eg. Pro-D Days, Winter Break, and that I Must register for these days at least 1 week prior.
8. I understand All Competitive/Mo'Mentum Classes Have an additional fee of $55/Class to a Maximum of $110+5%GST per Month payable to Xtreme Talent Dance Company.
9. I understand There are additional fees Associated with my dance classes, such as costume deposits, t-shirt fees, competitive fees etc. that are not included in my daycare tuition.
Communication
1. I understand that I will need to use the app "Brightwheel" to communicate with the staff daily, and am responsible for letting them know about late arrivals & absences.
Cancellation Policy
1. I agree to provide 30 days notice to cancel services/care.
2. I understand that if Xtreme Performing Arts deems the program unsuitable for my child that they will allow 30 days notice of cancellation in order to search for alternate care. The only situation where 30 days notice may not be possible is if there are safety concerns for staff and/or students and immediate termination is required.
Account Balances
1. All accounts within the Xtreme group of companies must be in good standing before registration will be accepted.
2. All unpaid balances to XPA, upon completion of the childcare program, will be transferred to your Xtreme Talent Dance Company Account.
3. All accounts more than 30 days overdue will be handled by Dixon Commercial Collectors
