This form is for students to donate any meal credits they may not need before they expire at the end of the semester. These meal credits will be donated to students that do not have enough meal credits.

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to donate my unused meal credits.

I understand that by participating in this donation I agree to use the specified number of Meal Credits as a donation to another Saint Martin's University student, and that these credits will be withdrawn from my meal credits. I recognize that participation in this donation will permanently remove the specified number of Meal Credits and I will not be reimbursed for this donation.
