Your vehicle will not be allowed to be started or operated once it is parked. This includes the owners of the vehicle. We recommend disconnecting batteries where possible to prevent anyone from starting/running your vehicle.

All vehicles will have ribbon surrounding them to offer a barrier between the vehicle and spectators. We will be enforcing a "No Touching" rule universally for all vehicles (including the vehicle owners) for the duration of the event. 

The vehicle owner (or representative) is responsible for the delivery, unloading, loading and retrieval of the vehicle. We will set aside areas for trucks and trailers to unload/load pre and post event. We cannot provide any equipment to lift/lower your vehicle. We may be able to provide a tow or push to help bring a vehicle to the desired location but there is no guarantee we can have people available at all times.

 

** Please be aware that the vehicles will be parked on grass.**

If we have rain conditions, the grass may become slippery for vehicles with less than ideal tread. 

PDCDS Event Management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behaviour during any and all activities of the CMRO Sanctioned Mud Races. Conduct by an entrant or entrant’s crew or his/her vehicle, which is deemed objectionable by event management, will be cause for eviction of the entrant, the entrant’s crew and his/her vehicle from the premises and suspension from future CMRO Sanctioned events. In the case of any eviction or restriction, the Canadian Mud Racers Organization or PDCDS Event Management is not liable for refunding entry fees.

In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants by execution of this entry form, release and discharge Canadian Mud Racers Organization, PDCDS Event Management, and anyone else connected with management or presentation of the CMRO Sanction Event, of and from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by the entrant to his/her person or property. Entrants agree that participation in any contests; games or activities may be limited to vehicles which have completed the Canadian Mud Racers Organization Technical Inspection. Management will do all in its' power to co-operate with participants to ensure a successful event. We ask that you please do the same. Observe all safety and traffic regulations, safety rules and fire ordinances and maintain conduct befitting a representative of the sport of Mud Racing. I have read and agree to all rules and conditions governing the CMRO Sanctioned Event as set forth here, and agree to abide by all decisions of the Event Management. If participant is under 18, parent or guardian must sign waiver on the day of event.
