Oasis Visitor Permit Request Form

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM.

Please note: We are not issuing any further resident permits for the Oasis shows. Proof of address in the form of a utility bill or letter can be displayed in the car window. Please do not request additional resident permits via this form as they will not be issued and we will not respond to requests.

Please complete this form to request visitor parking permits for the Oasis concerts. Permits must be requested by one individual on behalf of the group, business or organisation and then distributed to staff, worshippers or other individuals who may need them.

There are two types of permit:

Oasis Parking Only - allows the holder to park in the resident parking permit zones between 09:00 - 01:00 on 11th 12th, 16th, 19th & 20th July.

Examples of who may need parking only permits:

A business (eg. a hairdresser) who needs customers to be able to park near their premises in the permit zone during the day.
A faith organisation who needs worshipers to park close to a service during the day.

Full Access - allows the holder to park in the resident parking permit zones between 09:00 - 01:00 and access through the road closures after 20:00 when it is safe to do so. This permit is valid across all show dates 13th, 14th, 15th June and 11th, 12th, 16th, 19th & 20th July.

Example of who may need full access permits:

A health and social care team who provide home visits after 20:00.
A faith organisation in the permit zone who holds services after 20:00 and needs worshipers to be able to drive to the place of worship.
A business in the permit zone that needs staff to be able to drive to the premises after 20:00.

Road closures and the permit zone are implemented for public safety and to reduce the impact of the events on local residents. Full access permits will only be issued to organisations who can demonstrate a clear need for access into the area after 20:00. This information must be provided in the box at the bottom of this form.

You will now be asked to confirm how many permits you require. Full Access permits are valid for all shows therefore you do not need to request Parking Only permits in addition, unless they are required for separate individuals.

Full access permits will only be issued to organisations who can demonstrate a clear need for access into the area after 20:00. This information must be provided in the box below.

Maccabi Centre, Bury Old Road, 16:00 - 21:00*

*Please do not attend the Maccabi Centre outside of these times as CIT are not based there and you will not be able to colect permits.

Please note: Residents who live within the permit zone do not need to request extra parking permits for additional cars or to replace lost permits. Proof of address in the form of a utility bill or letter can be displayed in the car window. Please do not request additional resident permits via this form as they will not be issued.
