CSTA Leader Site Administrator Access Request Form

This form is for CSTA leaders to request a change to their microsite administrator access. You can request to add a leader from your chapter/group to the administrator access list or remove a leader from the access list.

Please make sure you have confirmed this change request with your chapter or group. Please provide the full name, leader role, and email (the one associated with their membership) for the person you want added or removed from your site access. Please expect the update to take up to 5 days.
