First Presbyterian Church of Northville

Thank you for your interest in supporting the First Presbyterian Church of Northville Mom2Mom sale.

Table set up is Fri, 6:00pm-8:00pm & Sat, 8:00am-9:30am

Pre-shop (exclusively for sellers) is 9:15am – 10:00am

Early Bird access is 10:00am – 11:00am, $1.00 admission

General Admission is 11:00am – 2:00pm, Free admission

(Sellers do not need to pay admission)

Table Rental

$25.00 for the first two tables and $10.00 for each additional table. Tables are 6’ in lengthand supplied by us.

$3.00 per hanging rack. Non-commercial racks only and must be provided by you.

Oversized items are free (cribs, strollers, bassinets, etc). 

Tables and spaces are limited and available on a first come, first-served basis, therefore registrations are non-refundable. 

Rules and Guidelines 

1. Children's items only, clothing, toys, books, accessories etc - no general household items
2. Merchandise must be in good, clean condition. Please be mindful of any holes, stains or rips.
3. Sellers will be provided table(s) and up to 2 chairs.
4. If rack space is requested, you will be provided with 3' of additional space to one side of your table(s) to allow for a rack. $3 per rack space. Sellers must provide their own rack(s).
5. Space permitting you may have oversized items next to your table (ie, any item that will not fit on a table). 
6. We may allow retail vendor tables at our discretion.
7. Sellers MUST be checked-in and present at the sale no later than 9:45am
8. Table renters must remain present until the sale is over at 2:00pm. Clean up should be completed by 4:00pm. Please leave your area in the condition you found it.
9. Sellers are responsible for their own change and should use their own check cashing policy.
10. Sellers are expected to provide their own bags for guest purchases. 
11. Sellers will be responsible for transporting their items into the sale. We are unable to provide carts or dollies for use.
12. Sellers are responsible for pricing and tagging their own items and arranging them in an attractive and orderly manner. This will help sell items.
13. Sellers may not move to a different table or set up items on any table other than the one assigned at any time during the sale, even if a renter fails to show.
14. Commercial (retail) products may not be displayed or advertised at, or on, your table unless the items have been pre-approved. These items must pertain directly to children to be approved.
15. Sellers are responsible for their own childcare during the event. 

First Presbyterian Church of Northville, is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged items
• Bounced checks, or lost or stolen money
• Unsupervised children
