    The Rancho Cordova Area Chamber's Business Expo is a "business to community" and "business to business" event connecting consumers and businesses. Leverage this chance to get in front of potential clients, customers, and employees during their workday.

  • Vendor Basic Information

    Booths include one table, two chairs, and two box lunches. Booths are a minimum of 10' x 10’. You are encouraged to bring a logoed pop-up tent. A limited number of tents are available for rent ($65) on a first-come, first-served basis.

    10:00 am - 2:00 pm Expo (Guests often arrive early)
    2:00 pm - 3:00 pm Breakdown (No early breakdown)


     

  • Vendor Appreciation Mixer!

    Vendors enjoy taking advantage of the opportunity to connect with other vendors. During the Expo, it's challenging to leave your booth or find time to meet other vendors.

    So . . . we've made it easy! The evening before the Expo (Wednesday, June 25th), you are invited to drop your materials off and gather with other vendors for a casual meet 'n greet. The Chamber will provide some light appetizers and beverages from some of our amazing members.

    4:30 pm - 6:30 pm Mixer

    Drop off your stuff early, be set up the night before, and hang out with other vendors. How easy is that? There will be security on-site all night.

              • EXPO VENDORS RULES & REGULATIONS:

                These rules and regulations govern exhibits under the auspices of the Rancho Cordova Area Chamber of Commerce (RCCAC) and are part of this agreement. 

                TERMS & CONDITIONS: Vendors agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this document, which forms a part of this agreement between the vendor and RCACC. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the removal of the vendor from the Business Expo and/or prohibition from exhibiting with the RCACC in the future.

                PAYMENT & SPACE ASSIGNMENT: Space assignment is primarily based on the date and time your registration form is received. RCACC controls all vendor space assignments. Sponsors receive priority vendor locations. Full payment for booth space must be received along with this Vendor Contract to guarantee space. Vendor contracts will be accepted via JotForm but are not confirmed until receipt of payment or authorization of the credit card, and the signed Rancho Cordova Business Expo Rules & Regulations agreement, which includes all terms (this document). RCACC reserves the right to reject any applicant or application.

                SET-UP & TAKE-DOWN OF BOOTHS: Vendors are asked to use the set-up entrance to the parking lot. Be courteous and ensure the booth or area setup is completed by 9:15 a.m. Do not begin tear-down until after 2:00 p.m. Vendors must vacate by 4:00 p.m. Additional details will be provided before the event.

                FIRE SAFETY: The facility and this event adhere to strict fire safety guidelines. All participants must comply with local fire safety regulations.

                USE OF VENDOR SPACE: Vendors shall arrange their booth so that it does not obstruct other vendors or lines of sight. The booth should be placed so that vendor representatives, materials, and equipment are inside the assigned space and do not infringe on the aisles. All decorations must be flame-retardant. Booth area fire exits and safety equipment must always be accessible and fully visible. Aisle space may not be incorporated as part of a vendor's space. Vendors are expressly prohibited from "brief casing" in the aisle space. The vendor will not sublet the booth space contracted for and shall not exhibit or permit any merchandise other than that specified in this agreement. Handwritten signage is not allowed. Only one business may be represented at each booth.

                PARKING - VERY IMPORTANT: Off-site parking is provided for vendors and also applies to any additional staff attending this event. PLEASE allow prime parking for event guests.

              • RESTRICTIONS: RCACC management reserves the right to prohibit any display or exhibit, or any part of a proposed exhibit deemed not suitable or in accordance with the accepted professional ethics of its members.

                NOISE & MUSIC LICENSING: Sound or amplifying systems projecting beyond the booth space are prohibited. Due to music licensing restrictions, vendors are prohibited from playing recorded or live music in their booth space unless previously approved by RCACC.

                FAILURE TO OCCUPY: Any vendor who fails to occupy their booth space by 9:00 am will be replaced with a waitlisted vendor or other display. No refund will be issued.

                VENDOR LIABILITY: Neither the RCACC nor the show facility shall be held liable to an vendor, the property of an vendor, or injury to vendor personnel resulting from any cause. All claims for any such loss, damage, or injury are expressly waived by the vendor. Vendor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and hold the RCACC, the show facility, and its employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses, and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines, and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by vendor’s installation, removal, or occupancy, or use of the booth premises or part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence of the above. In addition, the vendor acknowledges that RCACC and the show facility do not maintain insurance covering the vendor's property and that it is the sole responsibility of the vendor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses to the vendor. Neither the RCACC nor the show facility, nor any officers, directors, or staff member thereof will be responsible for the safety of the property of vendor personnel from any cause. Food vendors  must provide the RCACC with a copy of all insurance and/or policy riders to cover booth contents.
