Your pet's photo will be proudly displayed at JUMP's park throughout most of June. These banners will be double-sided in color. You will be able to pick up any banners ordered at the Idaho Humane Society located at 1300 S Bird St, Boise on July 14th or later.
I understand if I appear in a video or photograph SUBMITTED BY ME for the purpose of the “Pets & Their Peeps Community Celebration.” I grant JUMP permission to use my photo(s) and/or video. I also hereby give JUMP, LLC (and those authorized by JUMP, LLC) a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the video, photograph or photographs, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any JUMP, LLC purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion, exhibition, and commercial products, including but not limited to JUMP publications. I understand that neither I nor my minor child (if child is in photo or video) named below shall receive any compensation for these uses and that JUMP is under no obligation to use the photo in any way. I waive any claim or right of action arising out of the uses described in this release.
