Event Request Form

Requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance.
Please keep these things in mind:
1. When completing this form, please do so at least 2-3 weeks prior to the event, with respect to Aramark and Reservations.
2. If you need food for your event, we are required to check with Aramark for catering first. If they are unavailable, we can then go outside of them if they are unavailable.
3. A sign-in sheet is required for all events if food and drinks are provided. Once we finalize the details of your get-together, we will supply you with a sign-in sheet.
