I, the undersigned, hereby grant to the City of Sequim and to its successors, assigns, and licensees ("City"), any and all rights, title and interest in and to any photographic or video image of me taken on the July 4th Independence Day Celebration dates ("Images") for any lawful purpose, in any format and in all media (print, video, online, and internet), without payment or other consideration to me. The City has the right to copyright, use, and publish the Images for a variety of purposes, including without limitation publicity, marketing, advertising, public relations, illustration, online and Web content. I understand and agree that the Images may be used with or without my name. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the City, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers, from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, liabilities and expenses, known or unknown, direct or indirect, relating in any manner to this Release and/or to the Images. I have read this Release before signing and I fully understand the content, meaning, and impact. If the person photographed is under 18 years old, I certify that I am their parent or legal guardian and I give my consent and agreement to this Release.
