If you are qualified to be introduced individually for Grand Entry, fill out this form and submit to State Office after you have completed your State Show Entry.

You qualify if you have been a past Queen or Princess; a 2025 State Champion in any event including team events and Match Races; past Hall of Fame or qualified this season; past Senior Elite Hall of Fame or qualified this season; past Supreme Rider or qualified this season; past Royal Crown Rider or qualified this season.

Do not send in this form if you want to ride in with your district for Grand Entry

Form deadline is July 1st 2026 - Grand entry forms will not be accepted past that date.
