This Agreement is made and entered into, and effective, by and between Jannah Circle, Inc. NFP, a not-for-profit organization (“JC”), and “Vendor”, and its authorized representative, officers, employees, contractors, and agents, that is applying to have a table at Jannah Circle's Young Muslims Makers Market on May 3rd and May 4th, 2025 at either Westmont or Glenview, Illinois.
The Vendor agrees to the following:
- This Agreement gives you a non-transferable license to only use a specifically assigned space(s) at “Booth”, according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. JC reserves the right to reject applications, terminate contracts, and/or cancel the Booth with or without cause at any time prior to or during the event if its is in the best interests of JC. Vendor commitment fee is $50 for one table. This fee reserves your spot for the event. If you participate in the event, a full refund will be issued. If you cancel less than 1 week before the event or do not show up on May 3rd or May 4, 2025, you will not receive a refund. Your booth is not confirmed until JC receives payment in full. - All vendors aged 7+ years old can participate without parental supervision. Anyone younger than 7, who wishes to participate, must either be with their parent OR share a booth with a sibling, relative or friend.
Booth Load- In/Out shall be as follows:
- All vendors will have 90 minutes before the event to setup their displays and one hour after the event to take down their displays.
- Load-In: 11AM. Set up should be complete by 12:30PM. Market is open to visitors from 1PM-4PM.
Load-Out: 4PM. All vendors must leave the venue by 5PM.
The Booth includes: a) one table and b) 2-3 chairs. Any additional display material, tables, racks, table cloths, etc. must be brought by the vendor. A space no larger than 8ft by 10 ft will be provided.
- Please bring your own table linens and set up your table with fun and vibrant colors decor (balloons, etc).
- Vendor must have a clear and legible printed frame with item names and prices. Vendors should set their own product prices and round off item prices to nearest dollar.
- Currency at the bazaar will be in tokens only. These tokens will be sold at the market front desk by JC event volunteers. No refunds will be given for unused tokens at the market. No cash or credit cards payments can be made at vendor booths.
- All Vendor proceeds will be donated to Gaza Relief programs.
- Vendors will be provided with large envelopes/cash boxes to hold their tokens.
- No access to electrical outlets for safety purposes.
- Any special requests must be sent in before vendor registration closes. There is no guarantee we can accommodate any changes or requests.
- Depending on the size and items being sold, different booth sizes may be necessary at the market to accommodate maximum booth space. Vendors have been asked to select which location they will be selling at and to provide their table size preference. JC cannot guarantee the table size you select will be your final size you receive but we will take it into consideration. There is a max of 3 people per booth.
- Food vendors MUST have ingredients and allergen info available at their booth or on their products.
- Parents must remain on premises at all times, not necessarily at the booth
- Vendors may not move from an assigned Booth to another area without prior written permission from JC.
All displays must be confined to the Booth and cannot obstruct the view or access of surrounding booths. All displays in the building must be free-standing. Nothing may attach to the walls or columns of the building by any means. Signs must be free-standing. Any demonstrations, discussions, or other activities must be confined to the Booth. JC reserves the right to modify or relocate Vendor’s space at any time if in the best interests of the organization.
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the space provided in an organized and neat manner. This responsibility includes the vendor’s responsibility to remove bulk trash. Should the Vendor fail to keep the Space in an orderly manner will results in additional removal fees.
RESTRICTIONS: No food or beverages may be sold or given away at the Booth without consent of JC. Fireworks and any other incendiary devices are expressly prohibited. Fuel tanks or heating appliances such as microwaves, ovens, etc. are also prohibited. Any literature (fundraising or otherwise) is restricted to the assigned booth and must be pre-approved by JC.
ETHICS & BEHAVIOR: Vendors are expected to follow Islamic standards of behavior & ethics when dealing with customers & soliciting business. Vendors shall ensure the proper quality of the products sold. Vendors shall comply with all applicable laws as to the vendor's sales. JC will not be responsible for any business conducted Illegally. Vendors agree and understand their responsibility as a business under the law. Vendor also assumes all risks of loss, injury, theft or damage of any kind or nature whatsoever to any exhibit or component thereof; including but not limited to goods, merchandise, cash, records, or any other property. Vendors shall, at their expense repair any damage that they cause to the property. Selling, marketing, or distributing unauthorized or illegally produced materials is strictly prohibited. Your booth is not-transferable to a different vendor without JC approval.
This event is for families (Men, Women, Elderly and Children).
This agreement contract must be completed and paid in full by April 15th, 2025 to reserve your spot.
