TSIA Exam Appointment Form
Pre-Test Requirements & Acknowledgements
- Students must complete a pre-assessment activity (PAA) prior to scheduling an exam. Complete the PAA online by creating a free Accuplacer account.
- Students must present a valid photo ID. There are NO exceptions to this requirement.
- Students who have not completed the pre-test requirements or provide a vaild photo ID will not be allowed to begin the exam.
- The exam fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Accepted Methods of Payment
- Debit or Credit Card & PayPal - Accepted online via this appointment form.
- Money Order - Must be presented on appointment date prior to the start of the test. Contact Amanda Cardoza at acardoza@esc1.net or 956-984-6225 to complete your registration.

Tutorial Session & Exam | Cost $100 per content area

Exam ONLY | Cost $40 per content area

Appointment Time | 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on designated date at the designated testing site.
