Qualifications

To be eligible for consideration by the Admissions Committee, a nominee should:
- Currently employed and presently serving as a superintendent of schools.
- Have at least two years of experience as a school superintendent.
- Seen as a leader by his/her colleagues.
- Demonstrate that he/she is a student of the profession, i.e., still sees him/herself as a learner.
- Must have the support of his/her board.
