You’ll choose either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule and commit to the same time slots each month.     During the third week of each month, group training sessions will be offered on both Tuesday and Thursday. Each day will include two different drop-in time blocks to choose from, so you can pick the time that works best for you. Example time blocks: • Tuesdays: 11:30 AM–1:00 PM or 5:00–6:30 PM • Thursdays: 7:00–8:30 AM or 5:30–7:00 PM Final times will be confirmed based on the group’s general availability. These sessions are a chance to complete your scheduled workout with coaching support and feedback. If you’re unable to attend a group training session during that week, you’ll simply complete the workout on your own. Does this flexible approach work for you?

    This program includes one group coaching call each month, held on the 3rd Wednesday at 6 PM. These calls are designed to help you build the mindset, knowledge, and confidence to get the most out of your training, nutrition, and photo shoot. We’ll dive into topics like: • Principles of nutrition • Strength training foundations • Growth mindset • Identifying your core personal values • Goal setting • Intrinsic vs. extrinsic motivation • Plus open Q&A time Two of these calls will be special sessions—one will be a group posing class, and another will feature a live info session with the photographer to help you feel confident and prepared for your shoot.     This program includes a professional photo shoot with an incredible female photographer who specializes in branding, headshots, fitness, bodybuilding, and portraits. The shoot will be a mix of group shots in the gym and studio, plus individual breakout time. You’ll receive at least 4–5 high-quality, professional photos for your personal use. No photos will ever be used for social media or advertising without your written consent and enthusiastic approval. A posing class will be held beforehand to help you feel confident and prepared. This shoot is a celebration of your fire, strength, beauty, confidence, and the effort you’ve put in. 📸 The shoot will take place Saturday, February 28th 2026, and requires a full-day commitment. Can you commit to participating in this photo shoot and being available that day?

    Programming & App Access Each month of this program includes new strength training workouts, structured to build on the progress you’ve made in the previous month. Programming is personalized and delivered via my training app. You’ll get your workouts, weekly check-ins, and all communication through the app. Do you agree to download the app and learn how to use it during our onboarding session so you’re set up to follow your custom program and stay on track?

    Two one-on-one onboarding sessions will take place either before or during the first week of September 2025. These can be held in person at the gym or over a video call, depending on what works best for you. Session 1 will focus on getting to know you—your goals, training and nutrition history, what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and setting clear expectations for our coaching relationship. We’ll also walk through the full 6-month program and answer any questions you have. Session 2 will cover how to use my fitness app and the MyFitnessPal app. Ongoing support for MyFitnessPal will continue in your check-ins and group calls.     As part of the Full Send Program, you’ll receive two DEXA scans—one at the start and one at the end. A DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) scan is a clinical-grade body composition test that measures body fat %, lean muscle mass, bone density, and fat distribution. Comparing your scans will give a clear picture of how your body has changed—not just in weight, but in composition—so we can accurately track fat loss, muscle gain, and overall progress. The cost of both scans is included in the program. You’ll coordinate your scan appointments with me and are responsible for your own transportation to and from Apex Performance in Tigard. The general target is two 30–60 minute Zone 2 walks per week—a steady, conversational pace that’s sustainable and effective. Other forms of movement like hiking, spinning, running, or intervals can be added based on your goals and preferences, but are not required. Does this approach to weekly cardio feel realistic and doable for you?

That includes: • Strength training (~3 hours) • A weekly questionnaire check-in with progress photos (~15 minutes), except during the week you have your one-on-one video or in-person check-in • Meal prep and tracking (~1.5 hours) • Optional Zone 2 walking (~1 hour) Some weeks may run a little longer when you have your monthly 1:1 check-in or group coaching call (each about an hour).
