    Select Your Tracks

    What Are Tracks?

Think of Tracks as focused training journeys — each one guiding you through a specific goal, intention, or transformation.

Each track in the Calm & Confident Series is designed to support both ends of the leash. That means we’re not just teaching dogs new skills — we’re also helping you grow as a calm, confident, and connected handler.

    Every track includes:

Weekly Focuses to guide your energy and training

    Step-by-step exercises for real-life success

Reflection prompts to check in with your mindset

Progress tracking to celebrate your growth

You’ll move at your own pace, return to any section anytime, and build sustainable habits that make training feel grounded and intentional — not overwhelming or rushed.

This is your space to slow down, connect deeper, and grow together.

  • Ian Klingshirn
Owner & Head Trainer | CPR Canine Training LLC

Hey, I’m Ian—owner of CPR Canine and a lifelong student of dog behavior.

My journey with dogs started in the Marine Corps, where I served as a Military Police K9 Handler in Okinawa, Japan. That’s where I really learned how to work with dogs on a deeper level—building trust, focus, and purpose. I later took on the role of Military Working Dog Trainer for the Department of Defense in San Antonio, TX, helping prepare dogs for specialized missions.

These days, I’ve shifted gears from military dogs to companion dogs—and I bring everything I’ve learned with me. Through CPR Canine, I help people like you train their dogs using a calm, patient, and respectful approach that actually strengthens your bond. Whether you’re dealing with behavior issues, starting fresh with a puppy, or training a service or therapy dog, I’m here to support your journey.

I’m currently expanding my certifications to work more closely with service and therapy dog teams, especially those supporting people with disabilities. It’s a path I’m passionate about, and it’s one more way I get to help dogs do what they do best—change lives.

If you’re here, you’re ready to build something great with your dog—and I’d be honored to help you get there.
