Overview of Job description:

Monitor entrance gate to ensure proper access rules are maintained by patrons
Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons.
Monitor pool area for any signs of distress or unsafe behavior among swimmers and take appropriate action.
Conduct regular checks of pool facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
Provide assistance and guidance to patrons regarding pool rules, facilities, and services.
Respond promptly to emergencies by calling appropriate services
Communicate effectively with patrons, colleagues, and management to address concerns and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, and restrooms, including removing debris and trash, and organizing poolside furniture.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking water quality and temperature, brushing pool and cleaning skimmer baskets.
Complete incident reports and documentation as required.
