By submitting this form, you authorize Forklift Select to initiate a 10% deposit via ACH transfer. Within 1–2 business days, Stripe will deposit two small verification amounts into your bank account.

You will receive a confirmation email from Forklift Select with next steps. Once the deposits appear in your account, follow the instructions in that email to verify and complete your payment.

Your equipment will be secured for up to 2 weeks upon successful verification. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment.
