I, agree that neither myself nor anyone associated with my child will make a claim against, sue, attach the property of or prosecute Sentinel Property Group, Casuarina Square and all others associated with the Cas Eggspress Train ride for damage, for death, personal injury or property damage which my child may sustain as a result of my child's participation.

I, hereby indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Exhibitionist and Casuarina Square, its owner, its management company, its respective affiliates and all of its respective officers, directors, partners, members, and employees from and against all demands, suits, judgements, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/ or property, fines, liens, losses and other liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to this event.

In this context, 'this event', means your attendance to ride the Cas Eggspress Train at Casuarina Square Shopping Centre, during the period approximately 19 April to 21 April 2025 and any extension of that event, including claims for loss or damage to any property, or for death or injury to any individual

This release is intended to discharge in advance all members of The
Sentinel Property Group, Casuarina Square and The Exhibitionist against
any and all liability, including negligent actions, arising out of or connected in any way with the child's participation.

I further understand that as the parent/guardian of the individual/s listed above, that I am fully responsible for their supervision at all times and am not to leave them unsupervised whilst riding the Cas Eggspress Train.

Knowing and fully understanding the potential risks involved with participating in the Cas Eggspress Train ride, as the parent/guardian of the child/s listed above I hereby agree to the potential risks involved and I assume those risks and release and hold harmless Sentinel Property Group, Casuarina Square and The
Exhibitionist.

By signing this waiver, you as the parent/guardian of the child/s listed above agree to have read, understand and acknowledge the terms and conditions of your child/s riding the Cas Eggspress Train at Casuarina Square.
