Bay of Quinte Aeromodellers

Transport Canada regulations require MAAC and individual clubs to maintain a database of members flying remotely piloted aircraft of all types indicating category and pilot status. Put an “X” for each category that you participate in.

All models must have a sticker on them with the following information: MAAC#, phone # and your name.

I have read, understand and agree to follow all safety regulations of MAAC and Bay of Quinte Aeromodellers Club. A current MAAC membership and insurance is required before operating any model aircraft at the Bay Of Quinte
Aeromodellers flying field.

I also understand that the improper operation of, or mechanical failure of, a model aircraft can cause injury to myself and/or others.  I hereby agree that I will not hold the Bay of Quinte Aeromodellers nor members of its Executive responsible in any manner whatsoever for any damages and or/injuries which I may receive or cause to others through the operation of any model aircraft.
