2025 Football Season Reservations

The 2025 LSU Football season is only a few months away, and we are looking forward to seeing all of you here at The Cook Hotel and Conference Center at LSU! Below, you will be able to make your room reservation selections for each of the seven home games. The deadline for submission is Friday, May 16, 2025. You will also find a credit card authorization form that must be submitted along with the reservation request form. Reservations will not be guaranteed until a credit card is received. Once room selections are made and a credit card is received, your room reservations for the 2025 football season will be completed. Additional information such as room rates, cancellation deadlines, requests, etc. is also listed below. At The Cook Hotel and Conference Center at LSU, we thank you for your continuous support, and we look forward to another exciting season of LSU Football. 2025 Room Donor Rates

Standard King (KNG) / Standard Double (DBL) -- $329/night

King Studio (STUKNG) -- $339/night

King Suite (DKNG) / Double Suite (DDBL) -- $379/night

Signature Suite (MEGA) -- $449/night

Lod Cook Suite (2 BEDR) -- $529/night

*All rates listed are before taxes and Campus Fee

 

• 3 week cancellation for all 2025 home football reservations
• Failing to cancel prior to the cancellation period will result in a charge of two room nights, tax, and Campus Fee
• 2-night minimum required (Friday and Saturday)
• Thursday night arrivals will also be football room rates
• Campus Fee of $15/night on all reservations which includes parking, Wi-Fi, and access to the LSU URec facility 
• Credit card required for all reservations
• If another guest will be utilizing your room, please notify The Cook Hotel ahead of time to ensure billing is handled appropriately
• Room donors are guaranteed the room type in which he or she has pledged their donation for. Potential upgrades are based on availability and demand
