By clicking the submit button, I agree to go through the foster process, and will undergo a homecheck, and interview.
By clicking the submit button, I understand my references will be checked including veterinary and personal.
By clicking the submit button, I understand that all veterinary appointments must be made through the rescue only and all equipment/supplies must be approved before purchasing because the rescue does not reimburse unapproved purchases.
By clicking the submit button, I understand there is no "time limit or set period, and that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my foster, I agree to notify Rescue pets serving vets. BY EMAIL and provide a 14 day period to allow Rescue pets serving vets to make arrangents for my foster to be relocated and I agree not to rehome transfer or give away my foster withought going through the rescue.
By clicking the submit button, I agree not to hold rescue Pets serving vets liable for any losses, lawsuits, claims, injury, damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my foster, once foster process and placement with me has been completed. I also understand that a new dog may not be familiar with a home setting and I will be happy to work with the dog with any unwanted behaviors.
By clicking the submit button, I understand that Rescue pets serving vets does not approve of any dog parks and my foster may be removed from my care if this rule is violated and any veterinary bills incurred through injury by taking my foster to a dog park I will be held 100% responsible for.
By clicking the submit button, I understand that my foster must not be left outside unnattended for long periods or tethered/chained and by violating this policy my foster can be removed from my care.
