Position: Catering Coordinator

Availability: Full-time / Part-time

Pay: $20 an hour (paid time for traveling to and from events)

Location: Denton, TX & all over DFW Metroplex

We’re looking for friendly, organized, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Catering Coordinators! If you love events, have strong people skills, and want to be part of a fast-paced catering team serving wood-fired pizza, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications:
- Strong Customer Service Skills: You’ll be the face of our team at events—personable, professional, and ready to help.
- Reliable Transportation: You must be able to get to and from events across DFW reliably.
- Weekend Availability Required: Most events happen on weekends, so availability is a must.
- Catering or Wedding Experience (Preferred): Experience is a plus, but not required—we offer paid training.
- Team Player Attitude: Willing to jump in wherever needed and help the event run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Client & Guest Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact and ensure each guest has a great experience.
- Event Coordination: Assist with food setup, buffet maintenance, guest flow, and team communication.
- Onsite Service Support: Support the team with prep, plating, and cleanup as needed.
- Adaptability: Whether it’s a last-minute layout change or a weather shift, you'll keep calm and adjust as needed.
- Time Management: Help keep events running on time by staying organized and efficient.
Maintain Standards: Ensure the service area stays clean, presentable, and aligned with our high-quality standards.
