    Toast on the Coast takes place on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 4pm to 9pm. Food Service in the General Admission and VIP areas is from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. We are expecting approximately 900 attendees. Each restaurant is to bring enough food tastings for at least 500 people. (We will provide updated headcount closer to the event.) SET UP: 2:00pm to 4:00pm
  • Please complete this form no later than Aug 15, 2025 to secure your spot.  *Space is limited and will be honored on a first come first served basis.

    • 2 8' Tables
    • Professional sign with restaurant name
    • Napkins

  • The folloiwng items you will need to provide:

    • LOGO - please send high resolution jpg or png file to diane@pvpef.org or upload below
    • Food tastings for a minimum of 500 attendees
    • Servers
    • Serving Equipment (Spoon, Spatula, etc.)
    • Serving Dishes (Chafing dishes, etc.)
    • Cooler for Ice (if needed)
    • Item for Golden Ticket Raffle - examples include: dinner for 4, gift card, gift basket with swag, etc.
