This agreement Releases and forever discharges High Lawn Farm, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company with a mailing address of 535 Summer Street, Lee Massachusetts, and its members, managers, employees, agents, and assigns (“High Lawn”) from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts accounts, bonds, contracts claims, and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the Participant’s participation in the activity described below and not withstanding that such damage loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of High Lawn.

The Releasor understands that the Participant would not be permitted to participate in the activity describe below unless the release are signed this agreement.

The Releasor acknowledges that this agreement is given with the express intention of affecting the extinguishment of certain obligations owed to the Participant and with the intention of bonding the Participant and their spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The Releasor hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Releasor has carefully read this agreement, that the Releasor fully understands and agrees to be bound by the same, and that the Releasor is executing the same freely knowingly and voluntarily. The Releasor is encouraged and has been given the opportunity and to seek independent legal advice prior to signing this agreement. This agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties to this agreement and the terms of this agreement are contractual and not a mere recital. Releasor agrees that the terms of this Agreement are fair and reasonable.

High Lawn Farm, LLC, its members, managers, employees, agents, assigns, and designees ( “High Lawn”) will invest substantial time and expense to produce certain audio and/or visual works in reliance upon this document, does hereby consent to Minor’s participation in said production and to Minor being personally identifiable in the resulting media, regardless of production method or type of media, including, without limitation, digital and analog photography, film and videography (with or without sound), and audio recordings (the “Media”) whether captured or created by High Lawn directly, or by those acting under High Lawn’s direction.

Releasor completely and forever releases any current and future interest in and any physical or intellectual control of the Media to High Lawn. High Lawn may use the Media freely and at their discretion, for any legal purpose, without the need to obtain permission from or to provide any consideration to Releasor.

Releasor authorizes the universal and unrestricted reproduction of Minor’s voice and/or likeness in connection with the use or manipulation of the Media by High Lawn, and those acting with High Lawn’s permission and authority, in any form now existing or yet to be invented, for all purposes, including, without limitation, streaming, film, television, other forms of transmission, advertising, art, promotion, solicitation, or trade.
