  • Senior Sales Representative | Full Time | Fully Remote | $120,000-$200,000

    As a Senior Sales Representative at DiLucci CPA Firm, you’ll be responsible for selling our tax, accounting and IRS services ($1,800-$20,000+) to our prospective clients. You will be our first point of contact maintaining and growing the brand. In this role, you’ll take charge of your own pipeline, turning initial conversations into valuable business opportunities. Your day-to-day will involve taking inbound sales calls, understanding potential clients needs, and demonstrating how DiLucci CPA Firm can help them achieve their financial goals. This is more than just making sales calls; it’s about creating a positive and engaging experience from the first interaction.   • Key Responsibilities 

    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM and tracking systems
    • Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods
    • Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of CRM
    • Call and qualify all lower-level prospects within 1-2 hours of booking.
    • Educate prospects on our services. 
    • Allow the CEO to shadow calls and give feedback
    • Available most days from 9 am-5 pm CST to take calls
    • Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transitions from sales process to onboarding.

     

    Requirements

    • Excellent communicator over the phone / video conference
    • 4+ years experience in sales
    • Open to learning new processes in sales
    • Strive  to growing rapidly
    • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
    • Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Leader
