• Registration Form: Flyerz Festival 2025

    Flyerz Fest is an inclusive hockey festival, hosted by London Wayfarers Hockey Club, to celebrate our pan-disability hockey initiative, Flyerz! We invite existing Flyerz clubs and players plus new players to come together and take part in a series of fun-filled hockey activities.

  • It will take place on Sunday 13th July from 2pm-4pm at Emanuel Sports Ground, Beverly Way, New Malden KT3 4PU

    To reserve your FREE place please complete this short form. Please complete a separate form for each participant wishing to take part (including siblings). There is no need to complete a registration form for parents/carers.

    • The venue has an accessible toilet AND there will be a Mobiloo Changing Places standard toilet.
    • Parents and carers to stay for u19 and those with support needs
    • No dogs (except guide / assistance dogs)
    • Plenty of free parking 
    • Please bring a hockey stick if you have one!

    Your personal information will also be used for event adminstration, monitoring and evaluation purposes by Access Sport, England Hockey and Flyerz Hockey Clubs and will be stored on a secure database only accessed by trusted staff members.
