  • Thank you for your interest in participating in the 3rd Annual Yuma County Fair Fall Festival, scheduled for October 17-19, 2025. We are so excited for another successful year! All new and returning vendors must complete this application to be considered for the 3rd Annual Yuma County Fair Fall Festival.

  • Trailers

    The length/depth you request MUST include your non-removable hitch and open trailer entrances. (ex. if your trailer has a rear ramp that is 8ft when down, please include that in your space request.
  • Commercial Indoor

  • Indoor Space Requirements

    All indoor spaces are a MINIMUM of 10ft front space at $45.00 per front space ft. with a MAXIMUM of 10ft depth (10x10=$450.00). Corner/Endcap spots will be subject to higher pricing.
  • Commercial Electricity

    Each space will include one 20amp (120v) outlet. Each additional outlet (IF AVAILABLE) will cost $5.00/amp.
  • Commercial Outdoor

  • Outdoor Space Requirements

    All outdoor spaces are a MINIMUM of 10ft x 10ft at $45/ft. Additional front space will cost $45/ft. Additional depth will cost $22.50/ft. Space requested MUST include any storage space for tables, bins, etc. and your non-removable hitch (trailer ONLY) ***Additional refers to anything more than 10ft.

  • Commercial Electricity

    Each space will include one 20amp (120v) outlet. Each additional outlet (IF AVAILABLE) will cost $5.00/amp.
  • Food Vendors

    All food vendors will pay 20% of your total gross to the Yuma County Fair, Inc. Receipts of your daily sales are to be turned in to the fairgrounds main office at the end of every night OR the following morning before 10:00am.
  • Space Requirements

    Space requested MUST include any storage space for tables, bins, etc. and your non-removable hitch (trailer ONLY)

  • Food Electricity

    Electricity for Food Vendors is included in your payment percentage.
  • Insurance

    Each vendor MUST provide proof of liability insurance of NO LESS than $1,000,000. You may provide a COI from your insurance carrier or purchase insurance from the Yuma County Fairgrounds. You will NOT be able to setup your booth without proof of insurance.
  • RV Parking

    Dry camping ONLY, no charge
